Refund & Exchange Policy

We offer a 100% return or exchange within 30 days of delivery only in cases of manufacturer fault related to sizing, color, or craftsmanship.

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizing. Incorrect sizing submitted by the customer is not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Return or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

All kilts, jackets, accessories, and musical instruments are custom-made to order and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except when:

• The item was not made according to the specifications provided.
• There is clear evidence of a manufacturing defect.

If an item is damaged during shipping, the courier company is responsible. We assist with claims, but customers must file the damage report directly with the courier.

Kilts made using custom tartan fabric are non-refundable.

• Replacements are provided for sizing issues or damage on arrival.
• Worn or user-damaged kilts are not eligible for refunds.

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
